When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Payment information — processed securely via Shopify Payments; we do not store your full card number

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect device and usage information, including:

  • IP address, browser type, and operating system

  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked

  • Referring website or search terms that brought you to the Site

  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data (see Section 5)

This is collected via log files, cookies, web beacons, pixels, and tags.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (Google, Facebook/Meta, TikTok) such as whether you clicked on one of our ads, and from Shopify relating to your purchasing behaviour on the Site.


3. How We Use Your Information

We only use your personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so. The table below sets out our purposes and the legal basis we rely on under UK/EU GDPR.

Order fulfilment

Processing and shipping your orders, sending order confirmations and invoices. Lawful basis: Performance of a contract.

Responding to your enquiries and providing customer support. Lawful basis: Performance of a contract / Legitimate interests.

Fraud prevention and security

Screening orders for risk and fraud, including using IP address data. Lawful basis: Legitimate interests.

Email marketing

Sending promotional emails and product updates via Klaviyo, where you have opted in or where we have a legitimate interest based on a prior purchase. Lawful basis: Consent / Legitimate interests. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Advertising and remarketing

Showing you relevant ads on Google, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok based on your browsing and purchase behaviour. This includes custom audience matching and lookalike audience targeting. Lawful basis: Consent (obtained via our Consentmo cookie consent banner).

Site analytics and improvement

Understanding how visitors use the Site in order to improve content, layout, and marketing effectiveness via Google Analytics. Lawful basis: Consent / Legitimate interests.


4. Sharing Your Information

We share your personal information only with trusted third parties who help us operate the Site and run our business. We do not sell your personal data.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and only for the purposes we specify.

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of our third-party service providers (including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo) are based in the United States and other countries outside the UK and EEA. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • Transfers to countries with UK adequacy regulations in place
