Which version of Cubase does this work with?
The Cubase Beginner tutorial was made in Cubase 15, but also works with Cubase 12, 13, and 14. It works with all editions, Elements, Artist, and Pro. The additional tutotrials are made in earlier versions of Cubase but are 99% compatible with Cubas 15. It is not suitable for the free versions of Cubase (AI & LE). If you own Cubase AI or LE, go HERE
Do I need any prior music production or music theory knowledge?
None at all. We designed this course specifically so that complete beginners can follow along from day one. We use Cubase's Chord Pads so you get great sounding progressions without needing to know music theory. All skills are taught as you need them, in context.
Do I need to buy any additional plugins or software?
No. The entire course uses Cubase's stock tools plus a handful of completely free VST plugins like Vital. You do not need to spend anything beyond the course price to follow along and produce a professional sounding track.
