Layering, Frequency Analysis & Sculpting the Low End
Sculpt the foundation that makes trance music hit hard. The kick and bass are essential to get right in electronic music because they often fight each other. Which DAW does this course use?
This course works with any DAW - Cubase, FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, or anything else. The production techniques and trance-specific skills are universal. All you need is a DAW that can load VST or AU plugins (for the free Vital synth).
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
This course requires you to know your way around your DAW of choice. It's not designed for someone who has never opened music software before. If you've completed one of our beginner DAW courses or have equivalent experience, you're ready. The focus here is entirely on trance production, not DAW basics.
Do I need to buy any plugins or software?
No. The entire course uses stock plugins plus the completely free Vital synth, which is available for all platforms and all DAWs. You do not need to spend anything beyond the course price to follow along and build the complete track.
What workfiles are included?
