Which versions of Cubase does this work with?
Both courses work with Cubase Elements, Artist, and Pro. They were made in Cubase 12 but are compatible with Cubase 9.5 and all later versions. Stock Cubase plugins and free instruments are used throughout.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Course 1 is designed for complete beginners - you'll learn the Cubase interface from scratch while recording and building a track. Course 2 then takes your skills to the next level. The bundle is designed as a complete journey from zero to professional.
How is this different from the Electronic Artists version?
This bundle is specifically designed for recording artists - singers, songwriters, and musicians who work with real instruments and vocals. You'll record a pop track with guitars and vocals rather than building an electronic track with synths and drum machines. The production and mixing techniques are tailored to recorded material. If you work primarily with electronic music, check out the electronic artists version instead.
Do I need to buy any additional plugins or software?
No. Both courses use Cubase's stock tools plus free instruments. You do not need to spend anything beyond the bundle price to follow along and build the track at both beginner and pro levels.
What equipment do I need?
You'll need Cubase and a microphone (even a basic USB mic works for getting started). An audio interface and a condenser microphone will give you better results. The bonus recording module in Course 2 covers microphone types and setup in detail, so you'll learn what to look for if you're upgrading your gear.
